We have been in our new home for about two years and the family that lived here before us had stained the carpet in the living room in a few spots, we tried cleaning the carpet ourselves and were not able to get the stains out. We were refered to Precision Carpet by a friend of my husbands who had recently used them to clean his carpet. I have to say Craig B. showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. He gave us a written quote first and after price was agreed upon was quick to work. He was even able to remove the pet stains from our 12 year old dog. The carpets look and smell great. OMG!! I am amazed with the service they had. I have always done my own rugs with the "rug doctor" it worked very well, was very cheap however took me like 17 hours to shampoo the house, and 3-4 days to dry. I decided last minute to call them based on a sale price. I thought for that amount who cares if it even works good, it has to make them better... WOW! these carpets are 18 years old, and I was impresed what stains came out!! I had several stains the rug doctor wouldnt remove; a huge grease spot, some odd reocurring  brown stain, and the biggest shock of all  massive blood stains that were 6 months old!!! the very second he sprayed the blood area (which was very deep and imbedded from a cut incurred during a stroke of a friend whom litterally crawled to get help leaving a horrifying trail 6 months prior) it turned lime green!! it was the strangest thing you have ever saw. the capets were perfect!! no smells (another story my son 3 years ago dumped a

  gallon of milk on the floor and every time it gets wet the nasty smell comes right back for weeks), no residues, fluffy, vibrant color time had erased.I put 4 fans out and in 2 hours it was dry!! I do not have normal wear and tear, we are very abusive and damageing to our floors, we work hard and play harder!!! I will NEVER use the rug doctor again!!  sure it works great, but the time I had to invest,think about all the soaps you buy,the days of drying, and the last rental gave me fleas!! I dont even have an animal. with the flea situation it made me concerned what else could I "catch" from this machine?? lice? mites? bed bugs? who knew the cooties lerking in that machine.  Precision's equipment is very minimal, all stainless, no tiny grooves, slots, crevises, attachments, no left over scum from the last guy, and its steam!! real steam - not just hot tap water. its almost at boiling point. the sounds and looks of that made me very happy. but as we all know the truth is alot

  of stains come back in the next 24-72 hours. I did not tip the guy (Chad) for all I know in 2 days it would be all nasty again. WRONG!! a very very faint and small small shadowy area of blood resurfaced( but you can not tell its blood) and 1 tiny spot of TAR yes, roofing tar showed a tiny dark patch after. the color is still amazing!! as soon as I get the money I am haveing all 8 rooms and a rug done!!! I have no doubt at all this time my boy Chad will 100% remove the blood no doubt about it!!  I can not say if all companies are as good, however I can tell you Precision Carpet Care has my buissness for life. good bye rug doctor hello Chad!   look for a coupon in the Mint Magazine!(I missed thier unbeatable deal for Christmas dont let it happen to you this year- mark the calandar now) PS.in refrence to paying extra for a power scrub; I say be honest with yourself if you have pets,kids,been doing alot of remodling,have dirt versus grass/sidewalks, or the rugs are ancient go 4

  it!! I will not do it every time but will every 1-2 years for sure no questions asked. it was worth the extra money. hummm I wonder if they do cars??  I sure hope so!

I picked Precision Clean from an ad in one of the magazines that just show up in your mail box.  I should have such good luck with the lottery.

Most of our carpet is about 8 years old, and a shade of white. The formal rooms have carpet that is 29 years old, and the same color.

I had been pretty much keeping up with it using a home carpet cleaner, but we had some extra people in the house and it got away from me.

Chris and Dan arrived exactly on time, and Dan went to work taking some waves out of the carpet in our family room. Chris priced the job (we had some stains) and then fired up the machine that's on the other side of the hoses and went to work in another part of the house.

By the time they left, the carpet was close to dry, and it looked great.  After it's first vacuum, it looked even better.

I can recommend Precision as an honest value for quality (and I mean quality) work.

Josh showed up to my apartment, on time and ready to go.  He was friendly and courteous.  we discussed what I wanted done and I told him what my budget was.  He estimated the price and got it all done well within my budget.  I was very pleased with the results he got, and I had some (what I consider) really bad stains.  When it's time to do my couch and upholstery, I will absolutely call Precision Carpet and I will definitely request Josh!

Ross and Paul came to our home today around 3:00 after we had called for service at 2. I couldn't believe they were able to come the same day! And so quickly! We have a HUGE living area with really light carpet and a 4 year old boy. Needless to say they had thier work cut out for them. After the pre-spray and "scrubber" my worst spots had dissappeared right before my eyes and they hadn't even steam cleaned yet! They were out within a hour at a very resasonable price! My carpet look as good as new! I am so happy and will be using their service again!

Thanks Craig and Precision clean! I just got a comprehensive service in my home--all reasonably priced. Air ducts cleaned, all carpets and even the sofa and chair. The tech was professional and friendly. Really made me feel at ease and confident about the value of the work being done. Well worth the investment for homeowners. It seems like I'm in a brand new home. The only problem is Craig did such a great job I'm afraid to walk on my newly cleaned carpet. Mike was not only professional and courteous but respectful of my home. Not only did his great service save me from having to buy new carpet(at least a $3000 saving) but made my kitchen and bath tile/grout look like new. As my first experience with Precision Carpet on July 31, 2010, Craig & Nick were the best. Their knowledge, professionalism and pride in what they do was apparent. I scheduled furniture cleaning and a 'pet odor = cat' problem for one room. Unfortunately, they don't perform miracles and the pet issue required additional services. Craig took the time to educate us on the science of the process needed ao we were comfortable. They returned today to finish the job.All services are guaranteed and I will call them if I need to knowing they stand behind their services and for new services in the future.

I just had my carpets and my sectional couch cleaned and it never looked better! Ross and Kozzi were professional and they did not try to up sell which was really great! I have been a customer for a few years and will continue to do so.

Chris cleaned my carpet and he did a fantastic job. My carpet had a ton of stains all over it from my daughter eating and spilling drinks and he got every stain out of my carpet. My carpet looks brand new. Chris went above and beyond my expectations. It can be strange having a stranger in your house cleaning it but it was like inviting my best friend over. Chris was very personable and did a super job. The only down side to this is that one day after the cleaning I found out that I will be moving so now I hope Chris will come back out do my new house. Dear Precision Carpet Owners: Just wanted to say that Ross and Candace did a great job yesterday. Our carpet has not looked this good since it was first installed. With small kids and an aging dog it has taken a beating in the last 6 years. Josh even fixed an orange playdoh spot in my son's bedroom of which now you can't even tell it was ever there! My son watched in total amazement. Have tried ChemDry companys in the past and they have never been able to get my carpet really clean, smell and spot free. I hired Precision carpet through the money pages last week. The level of service that I received was beyond exceptional. The technicians that arrived at my house where very polite, and very informative. I was apprehensive at first due to the quote being more than I expected. The technicians confidence in his ability to make me a happy customer persuaded me to take a chance and I could not be happier that I did. Owen was able to clean carpets that I thought where sure I was going to replace in the near future. I would highly recommend Precision carpet to any one who has let their carpets go and needs to have them cleaned. They truly lived up to there ad, they can clean any mess you can create.

Owen Brown and Terry Parker came out today to service my carpets, and to be honest with you I thought that they were going to try and rush through the job like most companies do. Was I surprised of not only how great and professional they were but also the amazing job that was proformed on the floors. I have a large inside dog, two cats, and a six and two year old so that should tell you how my carpets looked. I actually had plans of replacing them with hardwood floors.But after todays job I am highly reconsidering that. I would recommend these two fellows to anyone who is thinking of having their carpets cleaned RIGHT.

I am a 30 yr old unemployed father and husband who lost his job due to the education budget cuts. one glorious night, while we were out, our double-wide trailer was being "redecorated" with about 40 gallons of water, via an old water heater. initially, we contacted north florida restoration, who promised the world, despite my constant, clearly expressed concerns about cost.  i just wanted them to do whatever they could with the little money we had already rec'd from insurance.   as time passed (with nothing being done), the mold and mildew grew, and became a huge concern since my 7-yr-old son has asthma and allergies.  we had to move in with my parents, and then to my in-laws a couple WEEKS later.  meanwhile, still NO PROGRESS.  i had all i could take of north fl restoration and their apparent hearing problems, so i called a random company out of mint mag.  i am so glad that it was precision carpet, and not another hack, money-hungry, deaf company.  the installer, jimmy mcelroy, listened to every last thing i had to say (he was sent to my home the same day i called) and did everything within his and the company's power to help me out.  three days later, new pad and carpet were installed in the bedroom, and my entire home was cleaned as a pleasant bonus (neither of which were on the previous company's work order). jimmy, with the support of the precision carpet staff, literally busted his hump trying to please a family who had nothing extra to offer and treated us like we were his wealthiest customers.

negative reviews are common, since we all want to voice our frustrations, but i wanted everyone in jax to know that precision carpet allowed us to move back home, keep my son healthy, and did everything i asked and more!  don't make a mistake and call someone else.  take it from a guy whose life has gone from bad to worse (save the love of my family): precision carpet was our saving grace.  an actual blessing.

Help Help Due to a bursted water pipe my home Filled with water. From one end to the other there was not a dry patch. To the rescue Mike and Jimmy were there with in fifteen minutes of my distress call. From there working as fast and as hard as if it was their own homes. Work began and the drying out process proceeded. All the carpet had to go and with everything to be moved and all the water to be removed nothing was broken and I am impressed by the professionalism and care even helping with the insurance concerns. They helped me thru this most difficult and devastating experience.  Thanks to Precision Carpet for your help in getting my life and home back together.. Sincerely:
